	Do you make ice cream here? Yes! We still produce in our original 16X20 cabin.
	What is Danish Cream? Danish Cream is our cream base it has no added extracts. It tastes like frozen whipped cream!
	Why do you only make soft ice cream in the summer? Because the volume of customers requesting soft drops and the cream goes bad before we get a chance to use it. We prefer not to have the customer get bad product.

	Why is my favorite ice cream flavor never on the board when I come? We have over 300 flavor recipes! We try our best to rotate them into the 30 spots we have available day to day. We try very hard to make most people happy, most of the time. We can always make an ice cream cake with your favorite flavor, just call 7 days in advance. 	How long has there been inside seating? Since the spring of 1995.
	What is your butterfat content and carbohydrates? Our hard ice cream is 14% butterfat and carbs is 18grams/half cup. Our Soft ice cream is 10% butterfat and 23 carbs. Our soft yogurt is no fat but 22grams carbs, hard yogurt is 3% butterfat and 23 grams carbs, and sugar free is fat free and 23 grams of carbs.
	How long does it take to make one batch of ice cream and how much does it make? It takes about 8 minutes to make one batch which makes 10 gallons of ice cream.
